I am wondering what problems other Kia Soul owners have noticed around 100,000 miles. I have read that the crank position sensor goes bad for some. My brake lines and suspension parts are all rusted due to the heavy use of salt on snowy roads in Ohio. It runs good. I just cleaned the throttle body and found a little oil in there which is odd. Spark plugs look good. Mileage is good. Idle is at spec but does move around a little bit suggesting carbon build up in IAC (idle controller) or something else going on. If anybody know of where to get the Factory Service Manual, that would be great as well. I always get the actual books vs the software but either would be better than nothing.
So far, I had to...
1. Add coolant (no leaks found though)
2. Replace wipers (rear is hard to find so I let it be)
3. Change the oil, cabin filter, engine air filter (cabin filter must be deformed to get it in)
4. Cleaned the throttle body (3 filthy wipes)
5. Reseal two tires and rebalance (brand new tires so that was odd)
6. Put stick on mirrors to cover blind spots
7. Put anti-seize on back of all the wheels
8. Get wheel alignment to correct front toe
