Hi, I have just discovered your post and you mentioned that the lowered springs were easy to install.
OK, but I am currently trying to lower my 2009 Picanto and I am having trouble removing the front struts. How the hell do you remove that top nut ?! The workshop manual says simply "remove the upper mounting nut", but what is this? There's only a locknut that's on the end of the shaft coming up from the shock absorber below, and this can't be removed because the spring is compressed. Ever since I got it back today I have found this annoying continuous beeping/binging noise whenever the drivers side door is open. It happens with or without the keys in the ignition.
How can I make it stop as it’s driving me crazy!! It...
