Hi,
My windscreen washers are not working on both my front and back windscreens. Back one went a few months ago and now front one does not work. Cannot hear a sound when activating but wipers are working fine. Is it the pump and can I fix it myself?? Not sure of cost if took to a garage so if there is a cheap and easy fix that would be great. Please help ASAP...

Had a similar problem on my wife's 2004 Picanto. The cause was a clump of dirt and algae in the bottom of the washer bottle that blocked the intake for the pump. It is possible to push the obstruction out of the way temporarily by disconnecting the inline connector in the washer tubing and using a syringe to push screenwash fluid back into the reservoir, but this is a short-term fix. I removed the washer bottle from inside the front driver's side wing and cleaned it out. The problem has not repeated in the last two years. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need guidance on removing the washer bottle to clean it.
