Hi.

I started doing some paint correction on my van. The paint, although in great shape, was rough to the touch.

1) wash and microfiber towel dry
2) claybar
3) Meguiars Ultimate Compound wth DA polisher
4) Meguiars Ultimate Polish with DA polisher
5) Klasse Sealant Glaze application.

I figured the paint is in pretty good shape on this van, so I'd give it a once over. There are a few small chips, mainly down to the primer. I have my paint pen on order.

I will probably finish the van during the week. I only did the hood, front quarter and both driver's doors. These panels are extremely smooth and silky feeling now. Should be really easy to keep clean.

You seem to have plenty of time;
do you want to do mine?
I think it hasn't been polished in over 10 years it hasn't been washed in over a year.
Its not worth the effort the value of the car goes up and down with the amount of gas in the tank.
