Hi All, I have purchased a 2006 Kia Picanto & im having serious problems with the clutch. Its as if its sticking at a certain point & jolts the car forward or stalls which is becoming very frustrating & embarrassing! It really is a beautiful car & i love everything about her except this. Is it just me or have others has a similar problem? Your advice would be much appreciated as i am now not wanting to drive her :(

Pretty common in KIA/Hyundais is problems with the master and slave cylinders going bad and sticking at some point in travel...I am saying this not knowing if you have mechanical linkage (some cars do). Mechanical is not as popular as fluid linkage..
What is the mileage on your car?

Hondas with manual trannys have the same problems.. Very common..

Find a good mechanic (with references) to do the work and it shouldn't be too expensive to fix "her"...
Just the master cylinder/slave cylinder/bleeding the fluids (to remove air) and adjusting the linkage...
