We just recently purchased a 2006 Kia shortage. It has the 3.5 l engine. When we bought it the dealer had to replace the bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor. After a couple of attempts to fix it the car ran fine for several weeks.
The wife went over some railroad tracks a couple days ago, when the wife noted the cel had come on, but, the light went off the next day.
Today the light is back on, I pulled the three codes listed, is there something in common to cause all of these codes, or start with bank 2 sensor 1?
Any help would be appreciated.

P0134 - Oxygen 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank I Sensor 1)
P0151 - Oxygen O2 Sensor Low Voltage (Bank2, Sensor1)
P0154 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2, Sensor 1)

Common Problems That Trigger the P0154 Code
Defective Oxygen Sensor
Faulty Oxygen Sensor wiring or connections
Missing Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Power Voltage
Common Misdiagnoses
Oxygen Sensor is replaced when the real problem is a vacuum leak
Oxygen Sensor is replaced when real problem is a poor connection

Considering the MIL illuminated after a bump/jolt, check for
  • loose wiring/connector to O2,
  • O2 circuit ground against hot exhaust,
  • blown fuse
