Speaking of turning heads... I painted my spectra with the PPG Harlequin Chamaleon green/purple paint. The basic colors that you're supposed to see is green to purple... but at different light angles it shines red gold yellow blue green pink bright green bright purple... I love that paint...

Haha... exactly... I've got nothing illegal on the car so if they pull me over just for the color they can all they want...

but in alot of states any modification done on the car that didn't come from the factory is considered illegal and may result in a violation.
But its alot easier to spot a car with a paint job like that from a distance than someone with a spoiler,exhaust and rims.
I never said you said that... I just said that if I get pulled over oh well... and I made sure that my exhaust is not too loud for PA laws, a friend of mine who's a cop told me that my car so far would pass the state regulations. So I was just saying that I've got nothing to worry about so far... I don't even know of things to do to my car that are illegal..
I think what he's stating is the fact your car has been modified and stands-out from the crowd, you're more likely to be noticed, watched, and potentially questioned by law enforcement. However, this is an obvious risk we all take when adding a visual modification or customization to our means of daily transportation! If you're paranoid, you keep your car looking normal. If you're not, which you obvious aren't since you have nothing illegal or anything to hide, you don't have to worry about it! Like you said, if they pull you over, let 'em ask away!

Speaking of being noticed I saw this car the other day it was some escort, they guy had it painted like a zebra LOL. Its was totally fugly. Why anyone would do this is beyond comprehension.
My old sehia was niticed by everyone. It was riced right out. It was obnoxiously loud, loud system, and decaled up to much. But I liked it. I can to this day say to someone in town my old ride was the loud kia with all the decals on it everyone remembers it.
