The Law:
All State inspection places have to be equipped with a special inspection system. Most of the things are manually checked and then put into the computer, Cars (ussually 95 and up) have a sensor that the inspection guy hooks up to your car. (Just like the one in auto zone). After this, the report is sent in (who knows where) via phone line.
Personally i think this is stupid.
