very informative good to know that within the 1st 90 days you can opt out and revoke the arbitration clause with a certified letter. i must say they are getting a little sneaky about trying to make you give up your constitutional right for a jury trail and as mentioned lemon law warranty problems after 90 days. i would bet this clause is obscured in very fine print and not mentioned at the contract signing and Hyundai was in the news today as the are being sued for their inflated mpg claims.
