Hello,
I’m from Montreal. I order a Sorento two weeks ago from KIA Vimont in Laval. At first, I was planning to order it in December to get it for spring. I wanted to order the SX Gravity gray with burgundy leather seats. While I was negotiating, the rep told me that he has a SX wolf gray on its way. Therefore, I would get it in two or three weeks. Since I like the wolf grey and I was interested to get it before spring, I accepted his offer. When I meet the financial director, I was surprised to learn that the didn’t have the VIN yet. Is this normal for a car that is supposed to be in transit? They still doesn’t have the VIN after more than two weeks. I hope I won’t have to wait 12 weeks because I would have pick the gravity gray with burgundy leather. I also took the itch option. The ask 1500$ for it. It seems overpriced. Am I wrong?
Happy new year!
