New 2022 SX Xline prestige shakes when driving.

Question for the 21 and 22 sx xline owners, in my new sorento there is a very minoot wobble/shake/bounce/jiggle when driving at all speed, less at lower speed and more at higher speed. Mostly felt from the floor board, steering wheel does not have any movement. The shake can be seen on 2nd row seats on rear view mirror. Especially noticible on smooth/new roads. Tires were road forced and force matched, checked for radial and lateral run out on wheels and tires, wheels were rotated several times. Wheel and tires are fine. Had several people drive the car, car people notice the slight shake. Others not so much. Dealer service manager test drove the car with me and claimed he does not notice anything out of normal. They did not have anything to compare it with. They have another sx xline coming in in two weeks, will test drive it back to back with mine.

My suggestion is, find someone with the smooth riding kia suv. Change the wheels and tirea between the cars. If vibration goes away, just buy a set of aftermarket wheels maybe. It will be very hard to proove to kia that the wheels are the problem. Good luck.
Also some places have a "Road Force Balancing" service like Discount Tire. Discount Tire | Tires and Wheels for Sale | Online & In-Person
I just called the dealer and the next available time is in four weeks for another inspection. I booked it and we agreed that the mechanic and I will test drive the car and we'll go from there. I'll update once I know more.

I doubt the dealer has a Road Force Balancing machine. Discount Tire can fix your issue most likely. Very likely they can fix it where the dealership can't.
That is a wheel balance issue ...I am a master mechanic and we had similar issues on Pontiac Bonneville cars in the 2000 and jeep grands. A lot of time the road force balancer will solve this issue. You have to make sure they calibrate the balancer before they do your wheels...not last week or two days ago but right before yours ...also clean the tires and rims before balancing them...it will solve your issue....also have them balance again once they added the weights to make sure it's right. Sometimes with the sticky wheel weights you can stick them on and there a little off and you won't know unless you run the balance again to make sure it comes out perfect....it can be hard to get the places to do this right but if you explain your issue and that it seems the car is very sensitive they should take car of it for you....

I got the car back from the dealer and as expected they said that there is nothing wrong with the car. I took the mechanic for a drive and he did notice a slight vibration, but according to the mechanic, the same kind of vibration was present in one of their showroom cars, therefore, it must be a "feature" of the car. Great! Next monday I'm taking the car to a local tireshop, which has the road force balancing machine, so let's see if that helps.
Yrs ago I had a vehicle which would shake despite several tire balances, I finally installed balancing beads inside the tires and no more issues.

All my vehicles now have bead balancing, they auto balance every start on roll.
I might add, the only issue is at border crossings, they are always confused by the rolling noise.
Just got back from the tireshop and they said that three of the tires are bad, too much force variation. I need to get new tires under warranty and check the winter tires as well. The report is in Finnish, but you'll get the picture. Before and after.
