I need help wiring my backup camera from my 2016 KIA Sorento LX 2.4L AWD, without infinity sound system, to my new aftermarket radio. Does anyone know or have a wiring diagram for the C connector which i believe is the reverse camera.

I’m not sure if im reading it right, but is the red cable the video in and yellow is the camera battery/power? Is the black and orange stripe parking ground and yellow and black stripe reverse detector?

If we're talking the head end, yes. 24/Yellow = power, 23/Red = video in, 22/Black = video ground, 21/Brown = power ground
At each cable split, there's a power ground tie to the shield on the two video wires.

Any camera video should be attached to 22/23. What we don't know is whether they supplied a separate video ground on whatever camera you've got. We need to know about your camera cable to know whether it will be necessary to bond pins 21/22 together. If it uses the shield for both power and video ground, that will be necessary.
