Ok so I took my car to a front end shop as dealer say my outer tie rod ends are shot...Front end shop say they are fine and that my Lower control Arm bushings are shot...my symptoms are the steering wheel shakes back and forth at about 65mph...and the tires are wearing on the inner edge...Is it common for the lower control arm bushings to wear ?? they want $82 for parts and $140 to install the bushings Fair??

Misbalanced tires, alignment, and bent rim can also cause a shake at that speed. Have those all been checked and are good?

if any of those (tie rod end or control arm) was dead, you can light the car and shake it. Vertical and horizontal movement. Horizontal - tie, vertical - arm.
