Bought a 2014 Sorento SX that didn’t have the sd card.
I bought one part # 1UAA1 but it didn’t work.
I have come to see that there are different part #s
How do I identify the right one?

I would suggest going here Kia Mapcare | Customer Login , create an account, after signed on, provide your vin number , then purchase the $25.00 SD card update option for US vehicles. You will get a new SD card tailored specifically for your vin number. As you have an SX you should get both the latest UVO and map updates on that new card. Here is a related thread about the update.. Navagation and/or UVO updates are now $25 USD free...
