I just downloaded the map update from MnSoft, which too over 2 hours, and loaded on original SD chip. Went thru the update process in the car 2X and came up with error FAILED TO AUTHENTICATE. What the hell is this??? Anybody know how to fix it. I feel like I just wasted $145.

I did. I put the wrong code in for my vehicle. I called the place I bought the download from and they were able to help me get it fixed. Was up and running in no time. I strongly suggest calling customer service. They were a huge help!
