I've had a day full of phone calls and troubleshooting and I've narrowed my problem down to two possibilities.

1) The sheer vibrations from the volume of my sound are tripping the knock sensor and making it believe the engine is knocking.

2) The intense power draw from the speakers on the stock battery is starving the spark plugs of power and causing a tick in the engine that's tripping the knock sensor.

I don't know how to figure out which is more likely, and my budget is extremely strained at the moment, I don't have any mechanics tools and would like any input anyone can offer me.

To be clear, I know the engine isn't actually knocking, ticking, misfiring, etc. Fuel is premium, engine is in top shape, etc etc. No sound of knocking under any load or conditions.

If you're not using a capacitor for your system, shame on you. That should be on there anyway, and would remove the load draw.
