Hello,

I purchased a new 2019 Kia Sorento V6 LX yesterday that apparently part of the paperwork said I would pay (price included) for their Kia UVO services.

I've been using the car for the better part of yesterday after I left the dealer and today and I don't see any "UVO" or "eServices" menu anywhere. According to the Kia website, it says I have UVO with eServices hard key.

I don't see anything special beyond Apple Car Play and Android Car software.

I guess I just want to know if I paid for a service I can't even use. And if I can use it, I already downloaded the app but nothing other than Android Auto shows up.

doesn't look like it does much other provide nominal tie-in with the vehicle and it's whereabouts/status. Certainly doesn't look like much should show up on the screen
