I have a kia sportage s year 2001, i have a intermitten fault with
the rpm, when starting from cold and somtimes when hot it
goes up to 2200 rpm and it takes it about 45 to 60 seconds to
lose these revs, it also hangs on to the revs when changeing
gears ( it,s a 5 speed manual).
Anybody out there had this problem.

Re -Surging engine r.p.m.
What do you clean the Connecctors on the TPS IAC&MAS with,
can i use Tri-Flow cleaner we use this in the uk for spraying on
the plug in connectors for trailers & caravans, it comes from the
US & it has got Teflon in it, or what else can i use.
What do you mean when say recrimp the connector ?
