Hello! Below is the issue, what happens when I do something with the issue, and the question I am asking at the very end.

Issue desc:
• Steering wheel volume button and radio station change button are malfunctioning

What is happening:
• Press volume up and the volume on the radio goes down.
• Press volume down and the speak function activates

Radio station button on steering wheel:
• Press radio station change button up and the volume goes up

I don't know what is going on, and I have not tried to fix anything as of lately in fear of doing the wrong thing and ruining the buttons completely. I do live in a very humid climate and I don't know if water got to the controls somehow.

Does anyone know how to possibly fix? Or what I should do?

I had a problem with my cruise control set button only working some of the time. Replacing the cruise control buttons fixed the problem. Its either the buttons or the clock spring.
