  • I’ve heard that Kia dealers are individual franchises and that an initial maintenance on a new Kia must be done at the dealership that sells the vehicle. I’m assuming that means that any initial maintenance paid for by Kia upon sale of the vehicle.
  • Anyone know if this is true?

I purchased my Sorento in Canada & have had warranty service done by Tempe KIA in Arizona. Obiuously what you were told is not true.
