ISG auto start when front vehicle move

Hi All,

when car stops at a signal, isg kicks in which is good. But if the car in front of me moves a foot or so, the engine restarts even though there is no reason for me to move. is there anyway to disable the leading vehicle moving auto restart feature?

many thanks

You can disable all the other features so I am guessing you can do the same with the lead vehicle warning.
I have not noticed that it actually activates the engine...? I will pay more attention. :)

There is no way to disable that unfortunately. It’s a parameter they’ve built in to the ISG presumably to help the vehicle seem more responsive coming out of an ISG cycle. I agree with you that it’s overly sensitive and would prefer just to have it turn back on when I lift my foot off the brake like any other time.
