Hi,

Picked up my new Sedona yesterday - love it!
Running like hot snot on a cold day or whatever that saying is! Just great.

I was wondering if someone could tell me what the floor panel sited in the middle behind the driver/front passenger's seats // in front of the 2nd row seats is for?

I can't find anything in the manual to suggest what it's for. I popped it open and there's nothing to be seen.

*just wondering*

 Hi Fiona,

I think it is to access the fuel tank gauge sender (the bit that sends the signal to your dash so you know how much is in the tank)

Enjoy

Yes, it's to access the top of the fuel tank, on V6 models the fuel filter is in the top of the tank, and you'd remove this panel to access it.

Actually it also houses the fuel pump too. This way if the fuel pump, sending unit and such does fail you won't have to worry about paying labour charges to drop the fuel tank, drain it, and such.

Leave it to eht Koreenans to make servicing down the road easy and cheaper. I wish domestic car companies would thik of that.
