I have an August 2001 Carnival LS and the owners manual says that there are two possible automatic transmissions for my vehicle. Is there any way to easily tell the 50-40LE and the F4A52-1 transmissions apart. The problem is that according to the manual they require different transmission fluids with one requiring 8.5 litres and the other 7.6 litres.
