Hi guys,

My Fuel Door is not popping out using the switch. I am pretty sure that the problem is the actuator itself.

To replace the actuator, how can I have access to it?

Do I need to remove the inside panel?

It is accessed from the interior of the vehicle. Not familiar with 2012, but you may need to remove the rear seat. You will have to remove the rear trim to get access to the back of it.

I would check the switch first if you have a multimeter - much easier to get to.

Thank you for your reply. I actually did it. Yes, I had to remove the rear trim (but no need to remove the seat) to get access to it. This was too much work to just have access to the small motor. I suppose this is an engineering fault since they should have made some easy access to it.
