Does anyone know how to access the fog lights to change bulbs and run wires from new LED's? Thanks

I slid underneath the car, twist and pulled out the bulbs from behind the housing, and replaced with LED replacement bulb. The passenger side one was harder to get to so I pulled out a little of the wheel well plastic guard. They make LED bulbs to replace the stock ones so you don't need additional wiring.

I put HID simulation bulbs and LED strips sorry for the confusion
