Hello,

I received what I think is resin on the painting.

It has hardened and it does not come off with delicate scratching.

Would you know how to remove that without damaging the paint?

Thanks for your advices!

I've used WD40 spray to get it off. The longer the resin is on, the more damage it will cause. Spray WD40 on, let sit a minute and massage it of using a micro fiber towel if possible, or gently with finger nail.
