It is in there between the intake and the air cleaner and the throttle body, where a MAF sensor might otherwise sit. IIRC, Kia calls it the "BPS". It's part of a dual assembly with the IAT.
So we're talking about the same thing. I thought you were saying there is a completely separate part that measured only pressure.

Now.... getting back to the question...

From someone who lives in Winnipeg, where -30 to -40 is common, yes it does take long. Especially if the car is just idling and not moving.

Temp setting in the car don't mean anything if the engine is cold. Since there is nowhere it can take the heat from.

But thanks to smart outlets, I can minimize the car idle time yet keep the cabin warm. Inside the garage, I have a smart outlet with an extension to a portable heater that is on HI inside the car. So I can ask Alexa to turn it on or set a schedule 30 minutes before I get in.

So now I don't worry about idling too long or freezing inside the cabin.
