I checked mine and it was producing sound, but extremely low...

The Kia have an engineering mode I know how to activate, but don't know the password; my software is NQ5.USA.S5W_M.V009.001.230203. I'm wondering if there are some sound settings in there.

Nevermind, I found my way into the engineering mode and there isn't anything there for changing the sound.

Ah! There has to be a way to change the setting. I feel like if the frequency at which the subwoofer activates is raised significantly, then the system could be much better.

I wish it would be that easy. As nobody has reported such settings, it's doubtful, but I will look.
