Was stumbling through the web when I came accross this article on Wikipedia. Seems that there is a simple product description then this quote: "a variable geometry turbocharger, will be available for the European market in early 2006"

Are they really going to bring out a turbocharged Pica? Will be bloomin amazing if they do... Seems to strange and to good to be true... What do you guys think? any truth to it? More to the point what is a 'variable geometry turbocharger'?

Throttling reduces efficiency, and most engine makers have opted for all-speed boost control using small, highly efficient quick-response turbochargers that generate boost just above idle rpm. To control boost at low speed, they utilize a variable geometry turbine (VGT).

So its a turbo which works at low speeds too!
