Im having trouble with my horn, out of no where middle of the evening the started going off the car was locked and has no alarm so I started the car thinking maybe the battery was low but it started right up i re-pluged the horns and they worked normally when the car is running, turn off the car and the horns engage any ideas on what it is and if its relay where is it
