I just left the Kia Dealer after having them replace a Stop Lamp Switch (KIA recall). Of course during the KIA-paid-for recall they always find some other things for me to pay them for, so instead of agreeing to over $300 of additional service I thought I'd do a little research 1st:
They wanted to do a Transmission Service Flush ($250), a Microfilter replacement (I do that myself), and a PCV valve replacement ($61.33). I can get the PCV valve online for about $15 so I'd like to see how difficult it is replacing it myself. Any assistance would be appreciated.
