That might be a typo - I don't think there's a 2200w car lamp available.

Best check in the owners manual for the bulb type and wattage, and only increase 10 or 15w from that.

That's quite typical of eBay sellers that know nothing about the products they're peddling and to realize that car electrics aren't capable of supporting a 2200W load.
Your alternator is only capable of 1500W.

The typical electrical load for this type of LED is 30W.

I prefer to use known reputable brands for things like this, particularly considering the risks connecting it to my vehicles electrical system, but if it is the correct bulb type you might as well give it a try.

Think how bright a pair of 2200W LED headlights would be! They'd put landing lights to shame.
