Are the headlamp enclosures interchangeable between the two? I have 07 Sportage and found Tucson enclosures that would look amazing on my car, but don't want to fork out the cash to buy them and then find out they don't fit. Anyone have an idea if headlamp assemblies from Tucson can be used in the Sportage??

You know, they are very similar. Test fit some, hit a junk yard up and see if they would let you test fit it. Most will let you.
Or get a cheap set off ebay, if they don't fit I am sure you could find a buyer for them.

If you look at the left side of the lights, there is a slight bend in the housing that the Sportage does not have. Its not that big a difference actually. I might just have to get a used set of tucson headlights and do a test fit and see how much modding it would need to fit.
Not much it looks like. Well worth it for a nice light like this..

I dont see what needs to be tested. The physical shape is different just from comparing the pic's above.

Yep, will not work without cutting and molding current hood/fender/bumper.
