Hi!

Has anyone had all 4 struts replaced on a 2016-2019 Sorento? If so, then:
  • What kind of shop did you take it to? If it was a chain - what was it?
  • How much did it cost (approx)?
  • How many miles were on the car?
My Sorento is currently at 80k miles, and while not bouncing or anything - I can tell at highway speeds that it seems "looser" than I'd prefer.

Thanks!

I'm at 78k miles on a 2016 FWD 2.0 and I'm looking to do the same. I'll probably end up doing myself as I have a lift at work that I can use. It does appear to be difficult to find replacements, especially the upgraded ones.
I think I have a bad carrier bearing on my drivers side front also.

Rear is just shocks, so easy-peezy to DIY.

KYB 349189 run about $45-50/ea for the rear (Any KYB dealer should have them, Rock Auto also has them) . I'd do that first and see how it goes. I can assue you that doing the rears yourself will save you from doing all four at a shop. Struts I usually take to a shop since you usually want to align it afterwards.
