Most of these type of websites are just dealers who have a website selling the parts they carry. They typically have the same website format and search function. For at least 2 of the websites you listed, there is an address at the bottom, and if you look them up you can see they belong to KIA dealerships. I think they should be legit. I've ordered OEM stuff, both cheap maintenance items like filters, mudflaps etc and also expensive stuff like remote start system and roof racks from these types of websites and have never had an issue. About to order an OEM trailer hitch right now actually.
