I haven't gotten my Picanto yet, but I gues if you have done your oil change and servicing according to schedule, the noise could come from some of the moving parts and that should be normal. My mechanic added some lube to the pulleys and stuff to my previous car - a Clio - that seemed to help. If the noise you mentioned is anything like a screech or something abnormal then what are you waiting for... send it back to the dealer, but I guess you must have sorted this one out by now. Just my non-expert opinion.
