I have a Sedona 2.9 Auto Diesel, 2000, and the fuel door release switch on the drivers side burned-out (ie. it melted for some strange reason). I have just replaced it and it still does not work. I thought the fuse would have blown and as I do not know which is the correct one I have checked each one of the them located in the drivers side foot-well and they are all fine. Anyone any ideas please?

I have checked both sides in the rear cargo area and there is no fuse panel. There is a fuse panel located in the front drivers side (as mentioned before) but there is no reference within the labelling on the back of the cover/ door referencing the fuel cover. I have found the cable to manually open the fuel cover, which is also where the car jack is stowed along with the rear washer bottle in the rear left hand-side. Quite bazaar...
