I have a '12 V6 EX with the tow hitch and I'm wondering if the hitch won't allow me to install the rear diffuser if I purchased this set?

Yes you can have them with the hitch. I would get the ones that come from the USA, the ones from Korea may not fit on the USA Sorento. I got them from the dealership, just put the rear on. I checked ebay and with shipping it costed the same amount that the dealership was changing.
