I believe there is a pin you will need to remove. Its located where the window crank meets the door. Its not in plain sight. Just pull out on the crank or in on the door panel and you should see it. I believe you might be able to get it with a small flat head screwdriver. Just get behind it with it and pull on it.
I went to the autoparts store to buy the actual tool to take the pins for the crank out. They fling out (my wife found out and shot one out into the parking lot which we never found) so for future people reading this post make sure you hold your hand where the pins are going to shoot. Well I got the window cranks off and the panels come off very easy. I changed the gray cloth material with some blue stuff from Walmart. Check out the pics in my Garage and see what you think. Thanks for the tip in removing the cranks.
Ok, after many hours, tools, and mangling plastic, I figured it out. Its really easy, get a small pry bar and a pick set. Next pry up the back of the crank and get a flashlight. When you can see the retainer clip grab an angled pick and pull it off. Yes its that easy, also don't waste your time with a window crank removal tool, they usually don't work.
