Does anyone have a diagram of the proper locations for jacking up the 4G Sportage FWD?

I know there are the two locations per side on the rails behind the front wheel and in front of the rear wheel, but I'm wondering if there are locations, like some of my other vehicles have, where you can use a floor jack in the middle to raise both the front wheels or both the back wheels at the same time.

If the vehicle can be jacked up from a location other than the side rail spots, then jack stands can be put at those locations. If there are no other jacking points other than the side rails, where do you put the jack stands after jacking the vehicle up from the side rails?

I jack mine up on the control arm bolts in the front and on the arms in the back as well. Jus watch it don't slip. They have rubber things with slots u can buy to use on the side rails to help balance the load. Going to look into getting a set myself. Hate using those flimsy jack points.
