Hey Guys!
Last night coming home was raining cats and dogs, this morning I hear a fan running!!
I checked and it is the smaller fan below on the righ, so I unpluged it. Now the question!
What is the purpose for this fan? :(

You need to be more specific. Is this fan in the engine compartment? Is it in the passenger cabin? What car are you talking about?

I'm sorry, I have a 2006 Sorento LX 3.5L, 5spd, the fan is below and to the right of the cooling fan next to the radiator in the engine compartment. I unpluged and waited a couple minutes and plug it back in and as soon it makes contact starts right up!

Check/Substitute/Replace the AC fan relay(s) in the under the hood fuse box. The AC fan relay contacts look to be stuck together..

High/Fan relay cap was loose, replaced it! Working fine now, Thanks for the quick replays!

The relay is the one on the bottom left C/F (H)
