Hi all,

I have a 2008 Kia Optima LX. Looks like the door cable is broken near the door handle (driver side)

. I can not open the door from the inside now-- I need to roll the window down and open the door from the outside. I was able to see this broken cable by taking out the door handle. Knowing that this is indeed a broken cable, I would like to know how I would replace the cable itself. I don't see any videos online that shows it for this Kia Optima. Only videos I see is taking the whole door panel off, but nothing else related to replacing a cable. I assume the only part I need is the cable itself but I can not confirm. I saw another video using a Spectra, but seems like the box + cables need replacing so I'm not sure how to go about. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
