Anyone know of or done any brake swaps from rear drums to disks on a 2000 sephia or any kia? Can't find anything on the web. I'm sure one of the newer 4-disker kias could be a possible doner. Any thoughts?
To mechanic: sorry to say but I haven't heard of any way to upgrade a drum brake to a disc brake that comes in a kit form. It sounds as if there would not be enough demand to market one. Doing it w/o a kit would be nmext to impossible unless you are3 a mechanical engineer with alot of time and money. My siggestion would be to try the best pads and linings you can find. And chanvge your brake fluid with a good bleed job. There may be a Brembo kit to upgrade your front discs to multi-piston calipers and better rotors but I'm not sure. speedster1
