Hi Rio owners!

I'm looking to disable the 120km/h "overspeed warning" that triggers a "120km/h" light warning to blink on the instrument cluster, and produces a sound chime that plays constantly while you keep driving at speeds above 120km/h.

I understand it's a default setting for safety reasons, but an owner should be able to choose if this warning should be on or off. I've searched the manual and found no indication of how to turn it off - either through a dedicated turn-off option, or through any of the fuse panels.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how to do it?

Thank you!

eheh, newbie! ;) It's a Kia Rio Automatic High Line sedan, bought in Egypt!
always a good idea to fill out your DRIVES and LOCATION profile on left side :D

that's the first time I've heard of such a thing on cars, I know there is no such thing on my Soul. Maybe its related to vehicles built for your region.
