I purchased a 2026 Sportage SXP Hybrid about 2 months ago. Today I received a customer survey from JD Power in the mail. They enclose a dollar bill to get me to take the survey. It stated the survey might take about 25 min to complete. Just to warn anyone else stupid enough to take the survey it will require closer to 3 hours of your time to go through the entire survey.

So my advise to anyone else that receives that survey, take the buck but don't waste your time as I'm sure Kia could care less what we thought about our new car.
