Take into consideration that the 3.5L has a timing belt that has 60,000mi intervals. So it should be overdue for it's second change if the previous owner hasn't done it already. The water pump should have been changed at 120,000mi also. See if you can get the service history, if those weren't done, take the cost ~1000$ into account in the cost of that truck.
