Changing headlights on my Kia Soul from UK to EU (Portugal)

Hi! I need to switch out my UK headlights for Right Hand facing headlights but I am unable to source any parts here in Portugal or find a mechanic to do the work. Anyone had to do anything like this? The inspection centre here have told me I cannot use the adhesives.
