So I’ve noticed my car speakers tend to crackle when I turn my phone volume up all the way, I’ve installed an amp, a sub, new headunit, and 4 new speakers and I’m still running into this issue, I want to use CarPlay cause I don’t like the UI for the headunit but it automatically puts the volume to 100% which causes the static sound. I’ve been looking all over the web and still can’t figure out why it crackles, if someone can help that’d be great thanks!

Is the crackle engine speed related? If so, you may need to add a noise filter to the power circuit of your audio system.

No it’s not related to the engine speed, and I’ve rechecked all the wiring and everything has good connection

Check for a bad grounding wire. Some are merely braided steel wire that easily break.
