I have a 1996 Kia Sephia 1.8L that blows the BTN fuse upon insertion. The fuse initially blew after jump starting the car which at the time had a bad ground connection. It is possible it got jumped backwards it was very dark out at night. I have taken it to a electrician friend and we found that the short is in a white/red wire. I can not find the short for the life of me. Anybody have any suggestions? How deep in trouble am I? I have tried disconnecting most if not all of the sensors on the car to try and find where the short is but it still keeps blowing every time. Any help would be appreciated!
