You are discribing a clasic brake servo problem, there could be other reasons, drawing in air for one, but I'd stake it's a servo problem.

I'f your taking it to court get yourself armed with an independant report,
( not from a garage ), costs you'll get it back if it goes in your favour.

However in the first instance avoid court if you can, talk to Kia UK, you might have to thump desks.

Which begs the question, what's happened to your politeness.

But I understand your post.

I dislike it when people deliberately misconstrue or put slants on other people's posts for no other reason but their pettiness.

Thumping Desks is just an expression Murphwiz used because of
some peoples negative dealings with Kia as expressed on this forum and
I used the word "might" in my thread.

I would expect nothing more from staff but for them to bend over backwards to help customers.

In return I would hope politeness is shown to you.

I am sure normal people have other, far more worthwhile things to hate then harmless expressions.

Try something more worthwhile next time you want something hate.
